Bread Pudding with China Grass
Hi Friends,
Today i am celebrating my 200th post. I can't believe that my tiny place collects this much recipes. As kids become young and we say- time fly away. Same thing is applied here. I don't know how and when i posted so many recipes and got so many lovely readers. Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts. I am here just because of the support given by you people. THANKS A LOT.

I want to tell you that i am in love with China Grass. This single thing can make lots and lots of different kind of puddings. These days i am busy in searching recipes with china grass and doing experiments. Yesterday i did two experiments with great success. The only short come was i was impatient and took out the dishes before fully set. But kids don't care about the shapes when food looks good. So they gulped everything and kept on saying wow mammy its yummy. It was so tempting. Really very tempting. Bread slice were having tutti fruity in it so i didn't anything else. You can add any dry fruit, dry fruits etc in it. Hope you will like it.
